4 Valve H-D, was that a factory conversion or an aftermarket top end? How is it that a cottage industry sprang up in the States doing major engine mods, and it never really happened over here?
Quaffmeister, I agree with you, it had not occured to me before. I find that the dirt track cars from the same period also had a huge aftermarket industry. Even more surprising when you think of the depression. Vintagent writes a bit more about this bike. BW and thaks for the comment.
