A Nice Recognition Of The Future Of Young Engineers And Heritage Here In The UK.

Here at HEC we have apprentice Jacob who has worked with great enthusiasm and has created a huge amount in the workshop. The Wolseley Hornet, Aston Martin and many others are an example, demonstrating craft engineering from Jacob and Charlotte over the years, both teenagers when they started and both are proud to show their craftsmanship to anyone who has visited over the years.
They came from an environment of making (including slot cars) and this environment has been the making of them..
From an earlier period we had Tom who, following on from school holidays and Saturdays, is now an award winning Ford technician and Sam who joined many years ago, working for many Saturdays and is now working for a restoration business having completed an apprenticeship in a modern garage. Dan C.. joined us for Saturdays and evenings over 20 years ago... Dr Dan C.. now has an Engineering Phd and research and education career.
